Captain Holmes reports leaving Manukau on Thursday last at 4 p.m. Arrivec off Taranaki early next morning, leaving again at 10 a.m. Reached Nelson at 4 a.m. on Saturday, and left same night for Dunedin direct. The Flying Squadron was sighted under full sail off the Kaikouras on Sunday morning. Arrived at Port Chalmers Ust night at 11.
