Tins Day. (Before T. Birch, Esq., R. M.; and A. Garrick, Esq., J.P.) DRINK AND DISORDERLY. T. Colley (out on bail) not appearing, his bail was forfeited. A. Johnstone and \V. Munroe were dismissed, it being their first offence, with a caution. J. Fergussoa was fined ss, and M. Graham LI and costs. MINOR OFFENCES. J. Burke, for receiving articles as security without being a licensed pawnbroker, was fined Is and costs. C. Flcxman not keeping his premises clean, was fined 2s 6d, and costs. ■
