With Plant, consisting of— One 8 h.p. horizontal steam-engine and boiler, fitted to powerful gear for working one of Clayton’s (last improved) pugging and brick-making machines, capable of making 10,000 bricks per day ; iron pug-mill to work by steam or horse-power; dies for paving and roofing tiles; improved pipe-making machinery ; and tables and tools for making G, 000 bricks by hand daily : thus giving a total productive capability of equal to 16,000 biicks perday. Experience has proved that there is an unlimited demand for the products of these works, which we may safely aver stands unrivalled for their extent and completeness in any of the colonics. Large orders are now in course of execution, and the stock on hand, in whole or in part, can bo taken at valuation by the purchaser of the works.
