MAYOR’S COURT.
This Hat. (Before T. Birch, Esq., R.M., W. H. Reynolds, and A. J. Burns, Esqs., J.P.’s.) DRUNK AND DISORDERLY. William Blake, for this offcnco, was fined ss, or 24 hours’ imprisonment. MALICIOUS DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY. William Brown was charged with wilfully destroying a gate on the North Recreation Ground on the 31st December last. The defendant is an express-driver, and it was alleged that he did not exercise sufficient caution in driving, hence the accident. The defendant was dismissed with a caution.
