MAYOR’S COURT.
This Day. (Before T. Birch, Esq., R.M., and Captain Fraser, Esq., J. P.) DRUNK AND DISORDERLY. Minnie Crawford, charged with being an habitual drunkard, was sentenced to six weeks’ imprisonment. ALLOWING CATTLE TO STRAY. James Muir was charged with allowing six head of cattle to stray within the City bounds. Fined 2s 6d per head and costs. J ames Wilson, a similar offence, 2s fid per head. MINOR OFFENCES. E. Cochrane, for riding on a dray without reins, was fined 20s. D. Clayton, for not having a sufficient hording round new buildings, was fined ss.
