Tins Day. (Before James Fulton, Esq., R.M. OBSCENE LANGUAGE. Mary Anne Sutton, Mary Sterricks, and Margaret Willis, were charged with this offence. Suttpn and Willis were each fined 10s ; Sterricks was discharged. PERJURY. Charles Abbott was charged, on the in: formation of Mathew William Hawkins, with this offence ; Mr Wilson conducted the prosecution, and Mr Macassey defended, After taking some evidence, the further hearing of the case was adjourned to Wednesday, the 15th. at 10.30 a.m.
