Prize, L 5. To last 15 minutes. THE First Race will be started at 10 n.m. Should the day prove unfavorable, a blue Hag will be hoisted at the end of Rattray street Jetty, to signify that the Regatta is postponed. Subscribers of LI Is to the Regatta will receive a ticket of admission to the Flag Ship on application to any member qf the Committee; Members of the Otago Yacht Club will be admitted on presenting their members’ tickets.
