Canada, and the United States, at 12 o’clock noon. For VVestern Australia, South Australia, New South Wales, Queensland, and Tasmania, at 1 p.m. For Northern Provinces of New Zealand, at 1 p.m. For London via Southampton, at 1 p.m. For London via Marseilles, and Victoria, at L3O p.m. For money orders, at at 10 a.m. For registered letters and newspapers at 11 a.m. Late letters, for London rta Marseilles, and Victoria, hearing a late fee of sixpence in addition to the postage, may be posted to 1.40 p.m. ARCH, BARR, Chief Postmaster.
