RESIDENT MAGISTRATE’S COURT.
This Day. (Before James Fulton, Esq., R.M.) MINOR OFFENCE-. Thomas Reilly, for driving a horse without sufficient reins, was fined 2s fid and costs. David Hunter w?s charged on three separate informations, with neglecting to keep a light burning over an excavation in Great King street ; he was fined 10s and costs in each case. George Perrynan, for casting straw on the footpath in Stafford street, was fined 5s and costa. Edward M'Ewen, for being at an improper distance from his horse ami dray, was fined 30s and costs. Robert Neill was charged with plying for hire with an express without a license ; as it was a first offence he was discharged with a caution. John Kelly, for a 1 lowing a goat to wander was fined 20s and costs.
