Judgment for the amount paid into Court, M'Laren v. Board man. —L2 2s 9d for groceries The defendant refused to pay, on the ploa that the amount claimed was for beer supplied in small quantities. The defendant is the holder of a bottle license. His Worship required the defendants’ daybook. Judgment for pbiinfciff. [Left sitting.]
