F. D. Bell) the sum of 3s 6d per annum for each head of cattle so depastured. The grazing right will he on the following scale : Owners of not exceeding 100 acres will he entitled to depasture 10 head of great cattle ; exceeding 100 and not exceed ng 200 acres, 15 head ; 200 acres and upwards, 20 head.
