SUPREME COURT.
This Day. IN BANKRUPTCY. (Before Mr Justice Ward.) FINAL EXAMINATIONS. PvE Andrew Baker. —This case had been adjourned to enable the opposing creditor to bring further evidence in support of his objection to the petitioner receiving a final order. Mr Kenyon, who opposed on the last occasion, intimated that he had no instructions to oppose further. His Honor said that although the case was a suspicious one, enough had not been shown to prevent him granting the usual order of discharge. Order granted accordingly. The examination of Wm. Scott Riddle and Thomas Fahey, were adjourned, the final statement of accounts not having been filed. The last examinations of Daniel Fisher, Thos. H. Snowdon, and James Wilson, were fixed for the 4th proximo. DECLARATION OF COMPLETE EXECUTION OF A DEED. The deeds of arrangement between Charles Armstrong and Thomas Murray and their respective creditors were declared to be completely executed. PETITION FOR ADJUDICATION. On the application of Mr Kenyon, Michael Sherlock G-leeson was declared a bankrupt, and the first meeting of creditors fixed for the sth prox.
