To the Editor of the Evening Star.

Sik, —I was pleased to see in the Times of this day, a letter signed “Barnard Isaac,” in vindication of the scurrilous attack made on the Tews as a nation ; also on the private character of Mr Fish ; and I consider it only ri”ht that some of the Christian faith should publicly assure the Jewish citizens residing amongst us, that we do not concur in any such attack being made on them. It is neither Ohristianlike, nor manly, to insult those who should choose to believe iu any other creed. I would remind Mr Simpson, iu conclusion, “Do unto others as you would be done unto.” I am, &c. One of the Chrtstian Faith.
