To the Editor of the Evening Star.

Sir —ln looking over yesterday’s Evening Star, 1 was annoyed at seeing my name mixed up with a case in the Mag strata’s Court respecting a property in Clyde street that belonged to me about six years ago, wiicn it was conveyed by me to Mr John P. M‘Keuzie, on account of the Commercial Bank; and I gave possession to his agent, Mr A Lees ; then 1 considered my interest ceased. I have never been applied to since for rent or races, eitjier directly or indirectly. In jastiee to myself I am cjdiged to make the above statement.—l have, &c., Taos. G. Hungekforu.
