GENERAL ROAD BOARD.
The Load Board met to-day. Present — His Honor the Deputy-Superintendent, Messrs Reid and M 'Lean. Pine Hill. The application for a road deviation to a former Board meeting was sanctioned.
Broad Bay. —The agreements for road lines with S. Ellis and J. R. Rutherford were sanctioned.
A. Colli.-sou’s application for compensation for additional width with the Ma n South Koad, was refused.
Bvaconfield. —The question of the new road through section 29, block 1, VVaikouaiti, was ordered to be submitted to the Provincial Solicitor.
An application for the forma*ion of a new dis riot road at Pine Hi 1 was refused.
-hxudymount —A protest against the election of road trustees was considered, and the Board decided they could not interfere. A laree number of appointments were sanctioned.
