MAILS CLOSE— Per s.s. Airedale, on Wednesday, the 4th August, as under; - For Ceylon, India, China, Aden, Penang, Singapore, Batavia, Manilla, Mauritius, Suez, Alexandria, the Continent of Europe via Trieste, France, and the Continent of Europe via, France. Canada, and the United States, at 12 o’clock noon. For Western Australia, South Australia, New South Wales, Queensland, and Tasmania, at 1 p. m. For Northern Ports of New Zealand, at 1 p.m. For London via Southampton, at 1 p.m. For Loudon via Marseilles, and Victoria, at 1.30 p.m. For money orders, at at 10 a.m. For registered letters and newspapers at 11 a.m. Late letters for London via Marseilles and Victoria, bearing a lato fee of sixpence in addition to the postage, may be posted till 1,40 p.m. For Oamaru, per p.s. Wallace, on Friday, the 6th August, at 8.45 a.m. ARCH. BARR, Chief Postmaster. Chief Post Office. Dunedin, August 3, 1869.
