THE MUNICIPAL ELECTIONS.
The elections for the offices of Councillors for the various Wards and Auditors took place to-day. With the exception of South Ward, the elections did not seeni to create much interest. In that Ward the supporters of the candidates mustered strongly, and their ea_ r er canvassing cause! no little excitement. At six o’clock the results were declared as follows : South Ward.
