The case was dismissed on the ground that there was net a greater quantity on the premises of the defendant than the law allowed, the alleged excess being on separate premises. Civil Cases. Richard Newall was summoned at the instance of Henry .Solomon of Timarn to show why he did not pay the sum of L 4 Gs 2d. judgment for which has been given against him in the Resident Magistrates Court, Timarn. The defendant having been sworn sai.i that he had passed through t e Bankrupt Court, ml produced his order of discharge, that debt having been includ- d in his schedule. The case was dismissed.
