T the request of many of the most influential ratepayers in this Ward, I have determined to contest the Election for Councillor, and I have no doubt that, if elected, I shall be able to serve the interests of the Ward and City generally, in quite as effective a manner as the Electors coulddesire. 1 shall take an opportunity of enlighten, ing the Public as to my ideas on the proper ■conduct and control of Municipal business.
