Public Notices, Philosophical institute.—At a Public Meeting, held in Dunedin on the 3rd instant, it was determined that a Society should be formed in Otago, to be incorporated with the New Zealand Institute, and that all Gentlemen who may send in their names and subscriptions to the Provisional Committee, before August Ist, shall be deemed Original Members of the Society.
