Wellington papers state that thewrits. for the General Election will not be issued, until about the latter end of February, 1 and that the Assembly *will not^beicaljed together before the end of' May. 1 The cause is said to be the delay id preparing - the rolls, A cuiio as dispute lately arose between, the High Court of Calcutta and the Indian Stationery Office.
