(Before W. Mason, Esq., Mayor.) DRUNKEN ESS. Bridget Bailey, charged with this offence, was fined 20s and costs. James Sullivan and John Sullivan, for a similar offence, were respectively jfined 20s and 40s, with the usual alternative. William IS icol, also charged with a similar offence, was fined os. OBSCENE LANGUAGE. Eliza Barrel, charged with this offence, was fined 40s, with the alternative of 48 hours’ imprisonment.
