The present Proprietor will dispose of the Claim for the sum of £3OOO, which the Directors are-of.opinion will be a most advantageous purchase for this Company. The' residue of the capital, £IOOO, will ensure the development of the claim -in • the most, practical and- speedy The present Proprietor, as a proof of his confidence in the Glaim, will take 1000 shares of the Capital-of the Company. -■The able services of John Mbuat, Esq., M.P.C.,- as Superintendent of the works, has been secured to this Company—his practical experience and local knowledge are calculated to be highly beneficial to the best interests of the undertaking. , "Whether regarded from the past success attendant on- the partial workings, "or- -from the present prospects of the Claim, of which the most encouraging reports have been received, the Directors do not hesitate to express their conviction that an investment in-this Company cannot fail to prove very remunerative to-the Shareholders.
