John Hutchinson —Forging and uttering a cheque at Dunedin (two charges). Donald M‘Donell—Stealing money at the Upper Taieri Hotel. Thomas Rogers—Stealing one roll of woollen plaid at Dunedin. Richard Campbell Shaw—Forgery at Dunstan Creek. Same—Embezzlement at Dunstan Creek. Richard alias William White—Burglary at Dunedin. Harriett Yarwood—Stealing money from the person at Dunedin. Thomas Morris—Assanlt and threatening to shoot with intent at Pomahawk.
