The Management has the honor to announce to the Public of Dunedin and its vicinity that he has Leased the above Theatre for a short term, and, at an immense expense, has transformed it into an Amphitheatre, the Ring being erected upon the Stage alter the style of Astlcy’s Amphitheatre, London. The performances in this establishment will he of a chaste and select order, consisting of EQUESTRIAN FEATS, ACROBATIC AND GYM N ASTIC PERFORM ANDES, SINGING, DANCING, BALLETS, TIGHTROPE DANCING, VANDEVILLES, &c. &c. &c. The Management, knowing the liberality of the Dunedin Public, have been induced to expend a great outlay in the alteration of the Theatre for Equestrian Performances, as well as in importing their large Troupe, consisting of the first class Artistes of the present day. •For further particulars see Programme.
