It is authoritatively stated that yon Rundstedt and Kesselring will be tried for their lives after the conclusion of the Nuremberg trials, says an Associated Press correspondent. Their trial is mandatory under the provisions of the appendix of the Nuremberg indictment, which cites all officers holding supreme command in the German forces.
