LONDON RECEIVES PLANS
WASHINGTON, October 26,
The British Cabinet is considering proposals resulting from the BritishAmerican financial negotiations which have been nroceeding here, for the past seven weeks, says the "New York Times" correspondent.
Informed circles say that the proposals include a loan of .4,000,000,000 dollars on a 50 years' basis at 2 per cent, interest and the establishment of an international trade organisation providing for a reciprocal lowering of tariffs by Britain and America.
