MEALS FOR THE PUBLIC
Sir, —I can assure "A Restaurateur" that I, and, I am sure, the greater majority of the public, realise the splendid job done by restaurant keepers during the years of war, rationing, and under-staffing. Surely no one grudges them their holidays. But would it pot be reasonable to ask that the restaurant keepers meet together and .arrange to take their holidays in groups, at different times, so that some proportion of eating houses may still be open during the holiday period?—l am etc., -_,„ Tm o MUTUAL BENEFITS.
