THREE CITIES
HEAVILY ATTACKED
INCENDIARY RAID

Rec. 11 a.m. GUAM, July 7. A force of 350 Super-Fortresses dropped 2200 tons of incendiaries on three industrial cities in Japan today, reports the Associated Press. The targets were Omuta, on Kyushu Island, one of Japan's most important chemical centres, Matsuyama, an important port of western Shikoku Island, and Tokuyama, a chemical centre on Honshu.
It is announced that about 75 SuperFortresses attacked the Mitsubishi oil
