In the Supreme Court on Wednesday a jury found Ernest George Dryden, 40, tally clerk, not guilty of stealing 35 yards of worsted suitim? valued at £34 17s Id, belonging to the Federal Steam Navigation Company Ltd., from the steamer Euahine at Wellington, and not guilty on an alternative charge of receiving the material. The prisoner, who was represented by Mr. W. J. Stacey, was discharged,
