ELECTRICITY SUPPLIES
All potential auxiliary propositions should be explored with a view to lightening the load on Arapuni and at the same time giving better service to the Northland, stated a remit from Mangonui discussed at the Counties' Association conference yesterday.
The remit added that in this connection Lake Omapere, was suggested as n likely proposition. The meeting approved the' remit with the amendment that the service should be made better for the whole of New Zealand and that the bulk charges for electricity be the same for country as for city areas.
