NEW YORK, July 25. Tokio radio broadcast a 1 statement by the Domei news agency that Chiba prefecture, which has become a "hurly-burly thoroughfare for SuperFortresses, Liberators, and Mustangs, may be the first site of the invasion of the homeland. Chiba lies east of Tokio at the base of the peninsula which encloses Tokio Bay on the;eastern side.
