FRENCH FORCES

CO-ORDINATION MOVE | Rec. 9. a.m. LONDON, July 25. It is officially announced in r'aris that the French Government has formed a Ministerial sub-committee, headed by General de Gaulle, to co-or-dinate Government action on all questions relating to Germany and Austria. The French commanders-in-chief in Germany and Austria and the Chief of the General Staff may attend meetings as advisers. \ General Koenig has been appointed commander-in-chief of the French occupation forces in Germany, replacing General de Tassigny, who becomes Inspector-General of the French army. The first contingent of French troops, under the command of General Bethouart, entered Vienna yesterday, following an agreement on the occupation of Vienna by the Allied forces.
