NO ELECTIONS YET
Rec. 10.15 a.m. MOSCOW, July 24. Addressing the plenary session of the Polish National Council in Warsaw, Mr. Morawski, the Prime Minister, said"that no elections would be held in Poland until the Poles abroad had returned.
Twenty countries had now recognised the Polish Provisional Government, which considered the re-estab-lishment of Poland's western frontiers on the Oder and Weisse Rivers one of its most important tasks.
