TO MAKE POLAND STRONG
LONDON, July 21. The Polish Prime Minister, M. Osubka-Morawski, making a speech before the Polish National Council in Warsaw, said that to make Poland strong and independent it was necessary to establish her legitimate frontiers in the west on the Neisse and the Oder, including Stettin. The tasks facing the Government included the return of the Polish emigres scattered throughout the world and the holding of local government and parliamentary elections.
