BARRACKS IN SYRIA
FRENCH MOVING OUT

LONDON, July 22
French troops have begun to evacuate their barracks throughout Syria, and Syrian forces are moving in, reports Reciter's Damascus correspondent. The process will be completed by the end of July. The incoming Syrians are exchanging military honours with the outgoing French.
