THREE BOYSIMONE THE WORSE . O.C. . WANGANUI, October 10. ? Despite two days and nights spent in rainy, frosty weather, three boys who had been missing" in the Raetihi district since Saturday morning were found by . a search party - yesterday afternoon. The boys were George Crabbe, 17,' whose parents live at Aramoho, and George and John Rodgers 11 and 8 respectively, who live at Makaranui, which is half-way between Raetihi and Ohakune. Crabbe is employed at the vegetable gardens run by the Department of Agriculture near Makaranui.

. The three went for a walk in the bush on Saturday morning. They got lost. The two younger lads, who had had some experience of the bush, lit fires, and kept warm, and refrained from wandering any. further. Rain fell on Saturday night and' on Sunday, and ori Monday morning there was a frost. The boys had no top coats or extra clothing. A search party was organised by Constable G. H. Beaton, of' Raetihi and about 50 residents took part. A party led by Mr. J. Randle' found the lads, who, although feeling keenly their lack of food, were little the worse for their experience.
