RECORD PRICE FOR BULL
;P.A. DANNEVIRKE, October 11. The record price of 1300 guineas was paid at the annual breeders' sale of; pedigree Aberdeen Angus bulls for the yearling bull Embassy Again of Mahgatoro, bred and sold by Mr. D. G. Grant, Mangatoro, and bought by Dalgety and Co. as agents; Other prices realised ranged for two-year-olds from 400 guineas down to 50 guineas. Among the yearlings Mr. D. G. Grant obtained prices ranging from 625 guineas down I to 290 guineas. Mr. L. V. Smith, Gisborne, received 415 guineas for a yearling- ' ■ ' '•- ■-
