U.S. SOLDIERS TO VOTE
The United States War Ballot Commission has disclosed plans to distribute millions of ballots to American soldiers and sailors overseas in order that they may vote in the national U.S election in November. The plans have been approved by both the United States Congress and the various State Governments. The United States army and navy have announced that there were 5,223,000. American soldiers and sailors overseas as on June 1
