DUMBARTON OAKS CONFERENCE
Rec. 1 p.m. WASHINGTON, Sept 4 A French delegation, largely composed of underground leaders will jour Britain, America, and China in the second phase of the Dumbarton Oaks conference next week. The ■programme for French participation is ibeing drafted in Paris and will be focussed on Germany's future role in Europe. It may also, cover the disposition of Japanese-occupied IndoChina.
