I.think we all agree that it is a most desirable action on the part of the Government," said Mr W A Appleton, chairman of the Board of Managers of the Wellington Technical College, last night, when a circular was received by the board concerning the new Organisation for National Development "I really think that the idea of this set-up, is all to the good and can't be.started too soon.". He thought the circular a very good outline of the plan. . It set out the procedure to be adopted. Mr Appleton added that the Government was also fortunate in having a man of such calibre as Mr. Hunter to carry out the work. ;
