WEDDING
ANDRICKSEN— FOUNTAIN
The marriage took place recently at All Saints' Church, Kilbirnie, of Irene Patricia, only daughter of Mr. and Mrs..C. G. Fountain, of Kilbirnie, to h^"?jia r.ri a Wfy- onlyson ot Mr. and Mrs. C. Andncksen, of Levin The Rev. W. Langston officiated and Mr G Smith presided at the organ. ' The bride, who was given away by her father, looked charming in tier tra? ned gown of magnolia embossed satin taffeta. She wore a double string of pearls the gift of a friend. Her beautifully embroidered tulle veil was held in place with white cyclamen, tulips, and freesias, and she carried a sheaf of sweet peas, tulips cyclamen, and winter roses. She was attended by Mrs. D. Warburton as matron of honour and Miss L E wearne.as bridesmaid, both attired in mayflower blue'jersey silk crepe with top-knots of pink winter roses and carrying sheaves of tulips, sweet ocas winter roses, and cyclamen. The bridegroom was attended by L.A.C. R. R Gouffe as best man and L.A.C. R. A. Kennerley as groomsman. At the reception, which was held at the Lyceum Club, some eighty guests were received by the bride's mother and the bridegroom's mother. Mr. and Mrs. Harley left later for the north, the bride travelling in a honey-gold suit with brown accessories.
