TROUBLE IN MEXICO
NEW YORK. September 2. Mr. Herminio Ahumada, president of the Mexican Chamber of Deputies, was removed by vote from his post because of his violent criticism of the Mexican political system, which he termed "gangsterism." says the "New York Times's" Mexico City correspondent.
His displacement followed a stormy session after President Camacho delivered his annual report to Parliament, in which he praised United States-Mexican co-operation and claimed a voice for Mexico at the world peace talks. He indicated that negotiations are . proceeding with Britain and Holland for the settlement of the expropriation of the oil wells in 1928.
