Rec. 9 a.m. LONDON; Sept. .1. Indicating the degeneration of. the German morale in Greece, it is officially stated in Cairo that 194 German soldiers, under the command of a ma jar, who were guarding railway bridges near the Turko-Greek border, surendered to Turkish frontier guards.
