GREEK DIFFICULTIES
•_. _ , LONDON, August 30. The Greek Vice-Premier, M. Sophocole Venizelos, the Minister of Marine, M. Kylonas, and the Minister without portfolio, M. I. Pendis, have resigned, their successors respectively being M T. Sophoulis, who is the Liberal leader, M, Chelmis, and M. Tsacopoulos. It is understood that following the return of the Prime Minister, M Papandreou, from the talks with Mr. Churchill there was a divergence of opinion in the Cabinet on the agreements concluded in Rome
