VIEWS ON SECURITY PLAN
NEW YORK, August 31. While all the delegates at the Dun> barton conference agree fhat' a security league should be established as soon as possible, preferably long before the end of the' war, it is learned that this is not the unanimous viewof Senate, says the "New' York Times" Washington correspondent. At a recent meetirig'eight Senators voted against oreatmg a security organisation before , the peace treaty settlement.
