BULGARIA'S BEHAVIOUR
I^ONDQir, August 31. Russian newspapers are backing up the Red Army's advance in the Balkans with a vigorous diplomatic offensive, bluntly telling Bulgaria and hinting tP Turkey that now is the time to expel A^is agents and enter the -vyar on the Allies' side. Moscow- radio says that Bulgaria has already broken its declaration of neutrality. German armed vessels are still using Black Sea ports," Bulgarian" troops are fighting in Yugoslavia, and:" the Germans in "Greece are being offered facilities to leave with their equipment ■*..«.
