FRANCO ON THE LIST
LONDON, August 31. General Franco is converting Spain into a refuge for international Fascism, says Moscow radio. It added: ''Franco and the Falange have sent Spanish Faspist assassins to help Hitler against Russian subjects. Franco will not escape punishment."
