NORTHLAND ANGLICANS.

Anglicans of Northland are tomorrow holding a Day of Giving as • the beginning of a special effort to wipe out approximately £345 of parochial debt. Special services have been arranged at St. Anne's Church. In the morning, at 11 o'clock, the preacher will be Canon D. J. Davies, of St. Paul's, and in the evening, at 7, the Rev. J. R. Higgs. acting Vicar of Featherston, will speak.

The attention of men who have served or are serving in home defence units is drawn to an advertisement in this issue calling a meeting of these units with the object of forming an association for their protection.
