' It is considered that the best and quickest way, under the circumstances, of reaching Electors, and the most convenient* for. them, is by means of a fairly comprehensive statement in booklet form. This will be in the printer's hands shortly and when delivered can be studied in comfort and discussed by Electors at their leisure.
